"Very Good"
The hotel and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. We felt safe and welcome. The rooms are good, but small. We were surprised that the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, but still comfortable. The daily housekeeping made sure everything was clean, maybe even too clean. The sauna is a nice addition.

The hotel is very well located, in a very nice district, close to Le Petite France and the Cathedral. The staff at the reception were very kind and helpful. Comfortable room with a perfect view.

- The hotel location is very near to most of the tourist places. - The room was cozy, clean, well-organized, and modern. - The breakfast was very good, but unfortunately, the coffee prepared by the coffee machine was very poor.

Exceptionally attentive and friendly staff, responsive to and accommodating of our needs. Excellent (copious) breakfast. Very helpful to have on-site parking for a reasonable charge. An easy and stress-free stay - thank you!

This is an excellently located hotel, just outside the old town that allows to avoid the noise but still within a 10-minute walk to all the main tourist attractions. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating.

The hotel is very well located, clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good with gluten free bread and options. The receptionists are all very nice, we had to leave before the exptected date with several changes in the schedule and everyone was very patient with us. Thanks a lot ! Will definitely book again when back to Strasbourg!

The location of the hotel is very good, on the one hand in the center of the old city (5-10 minutes walk to the cathedral), on the other hand the place is quiet, there is no noise. The room is clean and comfortable. Very good bed. Very warm homely atmosphere at breakfast. Many thanks for this to Marcela, who does everything to make sure that the guests have a tasty and pleasant experience.

Fantastic hotel. Very nice location, a short walk into the historic part of Strasbourg. Lovely room, very clean. Very quiet. Fantastic shower with lots of hot water. Very comfortable beds. Very helpful staff Excellent breakfast Highly recommend this hotel.

The location is just great. Theres also parking available though that is an extra charge. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and shower. A separate loo is always a plus. I loved the balcony as well. The mini bar was well stocked there was also a coffee machine. The reception team were wonderful and so helpful when we were struggling with ordering taxis. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
